Step 1 - Create PAIA Form
Start off by clicking the button below, which will take you to our online store to place your order and pay. Once done, the system will move you to our data form, where you will capture all the data we need to compile the PAIA manual for your company. A few minutes should do it, simple stuff like company name, registration number, address, contact email etc.
This is automatically sent to our office and we will process the information and move you onto the next Step.
Step 2 - We compile your PAIA Manual
Once we have the data, which is emailed to us, we will verify the data and then compile a MS Word document with your data to produce your PAIA Manual. We then save the file as both a MS Word document and also as a PDF document.
Step 3 - You get your PAIA Manual
We will email you the completed documents. You can then insert them into your website, or wherever else you need them, and you are ready for the submission of this document to the authorities, as soon as they advise us of where they need to go. At the moment, they are asking all to have them, but not to submit them as yet.
